Angel One Membership Application

Angel One members must qualify as accredited investors according to the Ontario Securities Commission (http://www.osc.gov.on.ca/en/21943.htm).  They must also commit to be actively engaged as members of Angel One Investor Network.

Angel Investor member applicants may become members subject to the following:

Membership Fees - $500 plus $65 HST = $565   

Individual Memberships are tailored for Angel Investors who invest primarily from their own private pool of capital, whether as an individual or as a company.  Only the named individual may attend meetings under this category. 

Individual members commit to:

1. Active participation in investment meetings 
2. Active financial participation through investment of own funds 
3. Proof of active investment activity of a minimum of C$25,000 in an investee company on an annual basis. Minimum required investment does not necessarily have to be made in an Angel One presented company. Members’ investment activity will be reviewed annually as a consideration for renewal and all information will be held confidential by Angel One
4. Maintenance of a high level of confidentiality at all times; member identification, company data, discussions, individual  investment commitments, etc.
