Website privacy notice.

How we handle information when you visit this website or get in touch.

Last updated: October 25, 2026

This notice covers the Angel One website and its Guest Pass, membership, sponsorship and contact forms.

Enquiries and applications

When you submit a form, we receive the information you enter. Depending on the form, this may include your name, email address, optional phone number, location, organization, professional background, interest in Angel One, self-reported accredited investor status, referral source and message.

We use this information to respond, assess the request or application, and follow up about the relationship you have asked us to consider. A submission does not subscribe you to a newsletter or automatically add you to HubSpot. Please do not include identification documents, account details or financial statements in these forms.

Our form records also include the submission time, the page used, a request reference and campaign-source tags when present. Hosting and spam-prevention services may process technical information such as an IP address and browser details to deliver the website and protect it from abuse.

Our service providers

Netlify hosts this website and processes and stores form submissions for Angel One. Submission notifications are sent to our business email, which uses Google Workspace. Information relevant to an ongoing member, sponsor or other relationship may also become part of our relationship records after review.

These providers may process information outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be subject to the laws of that country. We may also disclose information with your consent or where required or permitted by applicable law. Access to enquiry records is for the people and providers involved in handling the request and operating these services.

For provider information, see Netlify’s privacy statement and Google’s privacy policy.

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics to understand website visits, traffic sources, popular pages and enquiries. Analytics is enabled automatically on the public website unless you have saved a choice to turn it off. To turn it off or back on, open Analytics settings in the footer. Your choice does not affect browsing or submitting an enquiry.

Google Analytics receives information about pages viewed, referring websites, supported campaign tags, browser and device characteristics, cookie identifiers and interactions such as a successfully received enquiry. We do not send your form answers, name, email address, message or request reference to Analytics. The website’s Analytics configuration disables Google Signals and advertising personalization and keeps advertising consent denied.

Your analytics choice is saved in your browser for up to 180 days. Analytics cookies are also configured for a maximum lifetime of 180 days. Turning Analytics off stops future collection and clears this website’s Analytics cookies; it does not recall information already sent. If your browser blocks preference storage, the choice applies to the current page and may not be remembered on your next visit. Your browser may also store information needed for security or a sign-in you choose to use.

Keeping information

Retention depends on the purpose for which information was provided, the follow-up needed, any ongoing relationship and applicable record-keeping requirements. Enquiry records and email correspondence do not have an automatic expiry. Contact us to ask about a particular record or request its deletion; some information may need to be retained to meet legal obligations or address an unresolved matter.

Your choices and requests

Use Angel One’s contact form to ask about personal information we hold about you, request a correction or deletion, raise a concern, or withdraw consent where applicable. We may need to confirm your identity before releasing or changing information. Do not include sensitive identification documents in your initial message.

If you withdraw information needed to consider an application or respond to an enquiry, we may be unable to continue that request. You can separately decline website Analytics without affecting the request.

Other websites and services

Links to founder applications, event registration, videos and other external services take you to providers with their own privacy practices. Review their notices before providing information. This notice does not replace notices or agreements supplied for a separate member, sponsor or founder relationship.
